Responsible for the preparation and submission of the single worldwide Invoice for a major Pharmaceutical customer covering over 25 stations around the world to ensure the on-time payment of circa £50m per month.The maintenance of the Global rate table (GRT), this included the submission of rates for new lanes, updating of existing lanes.Production of bespoke invoices for customers. Resolution of intercompany accounts for all the Pharmaceutical Company’s shipments billed to the UK,.

Responsible for Post flight functions for all Pharmaceutical customers which included communicating with airlines, checking all shipments have flown as booked, reporting failures to customer, certifying air waybills, producing certificate of shipments, Pre-alerts, providing copy documents to overseas stations.Also obtained Customs values for export shipments and ensuring that supplementary declarations on NES system were completed within the deadline.
