It's been a pleasure to steer and expand this great group of people to become the cohesive team that is FTG Ltd. Our ethos is to always have the end user at the heart of every job we do and they & the customer are king. We place an emphasis on qualifications, training and good old fashioned experience to ensure that anyone attending your home or workplace has the skills required to safely perform the work to the recommended standards. Our team are provided with all the latest training to ensure this is maintained and our younger members benefit from the wealth of experience that can be found at FTG, where people join as apprentices and then stay. This is all backed up by a resilient office team who have achieved Investors in People, CHAS, IFC SDI 19, NICEIC & BSI 9001-2015 in three short years. Our aim is to continue to develop and grow so that we can help more people to have the confidence that they are safe in their homes and workplaces.

Working closely with a range of partner organisations to secure evidence to ensure a successful outcome at Crown Court trials. I established the first role in Hertfordshire in the Magistrates Court team and then expanded this into the Crown Court team, whilst working in partnership with the CPS. Developing joined up processes and a network of amazing people working towards positive outcomes for victims of crime in Hertfordshire.
