I retired in August having worked 30 years. 1992 - 2022 as a Police Officer with West Yorkshire Police.I have always been a constable and worked with the public.I have predominately been a response police officer dealing with the Public. I have also been a Community Police Officer dealing with more targeted policing. I have been involved in training of police systems, namely the implementation of radio communications and worked in the call centre and dispatch centre.More recently I have been involved in interviewing and file preparation. investigating and gathering evidence to secure convictions.from Sept 2022 to present I have worked as the Office manager at a small accounting firm. dealing with clients on a daily basis. I manage company accounts for a large firm, do bookkeeping for clients, deal with payroll. online filling, HMRC queries. in fact I am the heart of the team, great at communication, quick learner, always struggling to do better, resilient, great with clients and colleagues.
