Entrusted with delivering the largest, most complex capital infrastructure for transportation in the City involving roads and bridges with approximately 60 staff of union and non-union professionals with an annual capital budget of about $100M. Accountable for the delivery of major building projects while providing project management leadership to 10 project management staff establishing a proven track record of delivering the City’s most exciting buildings valued at approximately $50M annually.• Responsible for the City’s first LEED building, the state of the art Garry W. Morden Center from initiation to completion at a cost of $47M.• The project manager for the award winning Malton and Clarkson Community Centres through the ISF program, delivered under tight deadlines on budget demonstrating innovative and agile project management.• The project manager for the last phase of the Transit Campus Expansion valued at $84M (all phases), one of City’s largest projects.

Responsible for the project management for the design and construction of long term, complex renovation projects at the Humber Treatment Plant, responsible for ensuring that quality, schedules, safety standards and budgets are met for numerous projects totaling over $100M.

Accountable to internal and external stakeholders for all aspects on various assigned projects from sound judgement and problem solving skills on site, managing site superintendents and trades and successfully monitoring the budget and schedule for various large scale building projects including retrofits and new buildings.
