As an employee or sub-contractor for these organizations, I have participated in all phases of instructional design including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation for both print and web-based solutions. I have been a lead instructional designer for a variety of projects in industries such as banking, finance, health care, and tourism. My experience includes:Conducted needs analysis.
