Oversee the academic development and delivery of the Acting and Performance and Performance Design and Technologies programmes at Wimbledon College of Arts and the Foundation Art and Design programme at the Progression Centre, Camberwell.

Academic lead for the student journey as it relates to marketing, recruitment, conversion, retention, progression, attainment, graduation and post-graduation• Line manage Head of Academic Support for Camberwell Chelsea and Wimbledon, working to integrate Academic Support within the course offer.• Undertake international recruitment and course promotion. • Liaise with FE provision and Outreach to encourage internal progression. • Lead on the welcome and induction period for all students.• Lead on course improvement activity, in light of feedback from the various student surveys.• Part of the development team leading the introduction of the CCW credit framework, working with the Deans and course teams to define the credit framework and have designed and delivered staff support activities, guiding the validation/re-validation process. • Dean representative at the CCW Student and Dean forums for all three Colleges, following up on issues and ensuring positive and productive communication routes between students and staff. • UAL Academic Link Liaison representative for South Essex College, GBMet and London Contemporary Dance School, supporting colleagues and chairing Exam Boards. Oversee UAL partnership with Nangyang Academy of Fine Arts, Singapore.• Lead the implementation of the Diploma in Professional Studies at CCW.• Working closely with other Associate Deans across the University and within CCW to take on specific developmental projects. • Member of various College and University Committees, and working parties.

Operational management of the academic provision at Wimbledon College of Arts• Curriculum design and development, chairing and participating in university validations and reviews.• Leading on curriculum planning, timetabling and space allocations.• Member of the College and University wide committees and groups, including UAL Academic Board, UAL Timetabling Governance, UAL International Recruitment Strategy Implementation Group.• Manage the Wimbledon BA and MA Degree shows, leading on planning and organisation, liaising with marketing and communications.• Chair the college Student Recruitment Group, analysing application data. College Admissions Tutor managing applicant cascading, and undertaking international recruitment in country.• Line manage the Wimbledon contextual studies staff overseeing the integration of theory in the courses.• Chair the Wimbledon Gallery Group, leading on the gallery programme and student engagement.• Chair of the Wimbledon College Management Group leading on the smooth operational delivery of the college and supporting the curriculum delivery.• UAL Academic Link Liaison representative for South Essex College, chairing Exam Boards and liaison meetings, and along with the UAL quality team, monitoring quality assurance.

Strategic Leadership of the School. Managing staffing budget of £1.5m, 35 core and 50 part time staff. Overseeing curriculum delivery of 750 art and design students studying on courses from Level 1 to postgraduate (400 FE students and 350 degree students). Curriculum planning and responding to funding methodology changes. Managing the Minories site and public galleries. Income generation development. Liaising and collaborating with external organisations and external projects.

Overseeing the development and delivery of the Higher Education provision with the centre, including writing validation documents and leading on validation events. Writing of Annual Monitoring Reports.Timetabling of staff, both core and hourly paid, courses and resource areas. Management of staff and resources. Contributing at all levels to the smooth running of the centre and efficient delivery of all curricula. Course Leader for the Artist Teacher Scheme, MA Contemporary Art and Professional Practice, run in partnership with firstsite.

Leading and overseeing all aspects of this large course. Co-ordinating staff and timetabling of the four subject pathways of Fine Art, Fashion & Textiles, Graphic Design, 3D Design and Craft. Curriculum design and development. Teaching students on all pathways, but predominantly the 3D Design and Craft degree students.

Part time lecturer on a variety of courses including GNVQ, Foundation and Degree. Co-ordination of the 3D Design area on Foundation Art and Design.
