As the administrative support and HR advisor at ABCO, I assist project managers in tendering as well as with shop drawings, and other duties related to a specific project. I also perform a variety of administrative duties and I work closely with the President and management by maintaining a positive work flow within the organization, and advise on certain Human Resource areas such as: recruitment and selection, performance evaluations, compiling and updating employee records, as well as conducting orientations/on-boarding for new office staff.
