Camelman Products was first established in Nullagine, Western Australia, 1997.Camelman Products p/l new shop based in Cue, Western Australia was officially opened 13th March 2015 by Ms. Melissa Price, Federal Member for Durack, WA.The shop now boasts continuing new designs of clothing and being All Australian,directly hand painted stories by recognised Aboriginal Artist's embellishing a selected range of clothing and accessories. The Camelman Shop has also dedicated an extension to the premises to "the People's Gallery"​ for Indigenous Artist's of various talents, eg. canvas art works and artifacts can be displayed and sold to the public.30th June 2015. After 18 months of negotiations re the Camelman Trade Mark opposed by Japan Tobacco Inc. (Camel Cigarettes) an amicable agreement was reached.14th July 2015. Officially registered new company name - AUSSIE OVERLANDER FASHIONS PTY LTD.We have come back bigger, brighter and fresh ideas.Further expanding the fashion range introducing Aboriginal Art Work print fabric.Continuing Custom Made Garments. Cue-Ree-Ka Gift Shop, locally hand made products including local gold nuggets and jewellery. The Peoples Gallery,attracting more Artists and Art Exhibitions planned. Our first 'Artist in Residence' Portraits in Charcoal open to the public, 22nd/23rd August 2015.The story continues.....With pressures of re-establishing and the down turn of the mining in WA it all became too much.One night in May 2016 I decided to take a break. Shut the doors and within a week I headed to north and cooked on a cattle station.Moved to Broome and started to re-invent the business.Fate stepped in- CAMELMAN PRODUCTS became available. I am back and strong.Year 2017 Camelman Products taught sewing,commissioned to design and manufacture garments for exclusive functions in Broome and slightly diversifying...producing Original Aboriginal Artwork onto crockery. LIMITED EDITIONS. All artwork products carry a Certificate of Authenticity.
