I'm commercial, pragmatic and favour getting deals done in a win-win manner to maximise value rather than competitive, pedantic lawyering that rarely benefits anyone. Sector wise, I'm a generalist but have strong experience in Tech Media & Telecoms; life sciences/healthcare; financial services; consumer and energy.
