I am passionate about my work and getting things right. I do not enjoy fire fighting each day, but will do what is needed to get the job done. My aim for the long term would be to build a good work environment that is always an improvement on yesterday, so we get it right. I always aim to build staff confidence as this improves work ethic. If your employees are happy and confident in their role, they work hard a provide a great service. I believe a manager that values it's employees, achieves greater customer satisfaction and increased productivity. If we value an employee he will undoubtedly work harder to keep our customer happy.I love and relish opportunities to gain new experience and skills. I like to work in a role, alongside the employees, this enables me to fulfill my role to the best of my ability. I enjoy sharing my experience with existing established businesses. New start up companies or just if you need a little extra support in your office. When working for a company or doing anything in life, I like to weigh up the pro's and cons and do the right thing.I ask questions and find a solution, that is easily put into practice from my own experiences and from what I am continually learning. I am not afraid of hard work and will head into a challenge with an open mind and full intent on getting it resolved.
