HR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES•Assist with recruitment process of new staff.•Manage employees files with confidentiality and ensure data is captured in hard and soft •Ensure all employees are registered with statutory bodies i.e NSSF NHIF, PAYE• Prepare and update employees leave and keeping of records pertaining to leave• Prepare payroll by collecting, calculate and capture payroll data using Wingubox•Protect payroll information by keeping all information private and confidential•Prepare Statutory Deductions (NSSF, NHIF, PAYE & HELB) for payment and generate E-slips for the same • Maintain accurate HR and Admin records in hard and soft copies• Ensures all staff have required tools, equipment for the success in their work• Identifies training needs for staff • Facilitate exit of employees by ensuring clearance form filled and dully signed before final dues form is issued out and dues paid.Insurance and compensation. Ensure WIBA cover is valid and report on any injuries at the workplace and finalize on insurance claim.

ADMIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Customer service i.e welcome visitors, receives and direct calls to staff members, responds to inquires from clients on phone,in persons or via email• Drafts letters and correspondences before final dispatch• Ensure all letters are sent via email• Coordinate dispatch of correspondences with office messengers• Assists in managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements• Settles utility billsFiling of office records in soft and hard copy
