Providing administrative support to the Human Resource Department. Assisting employees with benefit, retirement, FMLA, Worker's Compensation and all concerns regarding their career and advancement. Data Entry, correspondence, copying, filing, multi-line phones, computer software and database programs.

Call center representative. Extensive knowledge of Health Insurance benefits and eligibility, claims processes. Assisting customers with health insurance benefit questions and assisting customers with claim issues. Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 codes.

Responsible for timely and accurate data entry of all documents related to Juvenile population. Responsible for maintaining accurate daily population records. Knowledge of Juvenile law and policies related to due process. Filing, correspondence, switchboard, interaction with law enforcement and parole officers.
