- Oversight of the repairs, maintenance and operation of essential services (water, sewer, power) in 88 remote Aboriginal communities across Western Australia- Problem solving and technical advice for issues arising with assets/services (e.g. failed water treatment plants, water supplies not meeting community demand, bore operational issues)- Contract management of three regional service providers - Identification and implementation of program improvements- Management of program safety- Assistance in asset management and drinking water quality management

Program Manager of ACTED’s program to provide water and sanitation assistance to Syrian refugees and vulnerable Jordanians living in the host communities of Northern Jordan- Project management, including project design and development, budget preparation and tracking, procurement management, schedule management and tracking, project reporting, monitoring and evaluation, human resources management of a team of Jordanian Engineers- Donor liaison (UNICEF), donor reporting and expectation management- Contractor management- Development of inter-agency minimum water and sanitation standards for refugees in host communities- Projects included communal water and sanitation upgrades (e.g. utility owned pump stations, trunk lines etc.), provision of domestic water and sanitation facilities to vulnerable households (water tanks, taps, sinks, latrines etc.), rehabilitation of school water and sanitation facilities, development of mobile water and sanitation facilities for remote transient communities.

- Assistance in management of drinking water quality in 88 remote Australian Aboriginal communities in line with the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines; - Assessment of options to improve drinking water quality, availability of supply and optimization of existing water and wastewater infrastructure - Discussion of water quality issues with members of remote Aboriginal communities and relevant government departments; - Management of capital works projects to improve water supply and wastewater infrastructure in remote Aboriginal Communities, including project scoping, options assessment, preparation of engineering technical specifications and tender documents, assessment of tender responses, management of contractors, project financial management and project reporting.

- Management of a study to determine the treatment efficiency and social impacts of a household water treatment (bio-sand water filter) project on the remote Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua; - Establishment of a mobile water treatment laboratory and training of NGO staff in water quality analysis;- Development of a project to determine an appropriate onsite sanitation technology for the region; - Training of community members in the use of bio-sand filters and onsite sanitation systems; - Liaison with government and non-government institutions.

- Environmental engineering design and management for onshore and offshore gas processing facilities including development of Basis of Design documents, greenhouse gas emissions calculations, provision of advice on environmental issues to the broader engineering team, and project management of environmental engineering studies; - Environmental management of offshore oil and gas drilling operations, including obtaining environmental approvals, developing environmental management plans, environmental risk assessment, onsite auditing and compliance management, preparation and delivery of environmental training and induction packages, government liaison, incident management and incident investigation.
