Jayne is a highly experienced executive with a distinguished career in wealth and asset management across the UK, Europe, and Asia.Currently, she serves as the Chair of the Board at Rathbones Asset Management, where she oversees the strategic growth of the asset management business and plays a key role in delivering value to clients.As a member of the Rathbones PLC Group Executive Committee and the Group Chief Distribution Officer, Jayne is also responsible for formulating and executing distribution strategies for all client propositions within the Wealth and Asset Management businesses, with +£100 billion AUM.Previously, Jayne held the position of Head of Strategy at Morgan Stanley Investment Management and was an Executive Director on the ACD Board.From 2011 to 2016, while based in Hong Kong, she led distribution strategy for Robeco Asset Management ASEAN, where she successfully drove organic asset growth across the region.Earlier in her career, Jayne was the Head of Fund Research at KPMG Investment Advisory, where she also led the outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) business. Additionally, she worked at Mercer Investment Consulting, advising institutional clients on investment strategy, and was a member of the public equity team at the Wellcome Trust, the UK's largest endowment fund, where she directly invested in assets in Asia.With her extensive background in investing assets, technical investment expertise, and rich commercial experience, Jayne possesses a unique skill set and perspective in delivering wealth and asset management solutions to a diverse range of clients.Jayne is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the financial services industry and serves on the Advisory Council of the Diversity Project
