I have spent the majority of my career in roles that develop and support people. From office management to HR working with leading architectural practices in London and Bath, I have always been an organiser, very comfortable putting in the people processes behind great businesses. Human behaviour and developing people has always been of interest, which was deepened by completing a Diploma, Practitioner, Master Practitioner in NLP. To further this training I completed an intensive NLP Trainers Training course in early 2022.I encourage professional and personal growth by teaching people to understand their thought processes and why they (and others) behave in the way they do and how people can operate in an organisational system at their best. With small tweaks and changes to leadership styles, principles, and practices, leaders are often amazed at how much more effective they can be. At a time when workplace mental health and resilience are more important than ever, I am interested in helping organisations embed a culture of wellbeing to achieve a healthier and more sustainable way of working.
