Jayne is a Senior Partner at Brunswick Group, a critical issues advisory firm. She is the global head of Brunswick’s Consumer Industries practice and is also the founding partner and head of Brunswick’s Chicago office. She is also a member of Brunswick's Global Management Committee. Jayne advises clients on their most reputation-defining moments, especially during periods of transition and transformation. She is a trusted advisor to Boards and C-Suite executives across a variety of practice areas, including financial situations, shareholder activism and crisis communications. Clients at Brunswick have included Kellanova, McDonald’s, Molson Coors, Hyatt, PepsiCo, Target, United Airlines, Walgreens Boots Alliance, WK Kellogg Co and Kraft Heinz. Prior to joining Brunswick in 2005, Jayne worked in the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance group at JPMorgan in New York. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree (Magna Cum Laude) in History and Literature from Harvard University, and a Master of Arts degree (Distinction) in English Literature from University College London.
