I am looking for an engaging new challenge where my skills can be put to good use and where I can learn and develop and widen my experience. A dedicated, motivated and dynamic teacher with over ten years experience in teaching across Key Stage 2 in mainstream state education. As a committed and hardworking teaching professional facilitating progress and enabling children to thrive, gain confidence and work to their full potential. An agent for positive change, I have high aspirations and expectations for the children in my care and support their growth and enable them to aspire to great achievements and a happy healthy lifestyle. I love making the difference to individual lives and their environment. My key skills include strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience in delivering engaging and interactive training and problem solving skills. I initiated the role as wellbeing lead which supported the whole workforce prior to and during the covid pandemic. This role proved vital for ensuring the whole staff workforce were supported, valued and listened to. I am a strong team player and I have supported newly qualified teachers in their role to teach effectively with confidence. I have taken a key role in implementing a whole new curriculum, planning and implementing a new maths scheme to result in progression of results across the school.
