My current job includes the following responsibilities and duties:* Managing a team of booking advisers, providing support, motivation and maintaining a good rapport* Dealing with customer and owner complaints* Managing enquiries and bookings* Assisting with the development and management of all IT systems* Creation and maintenance of our residential website www.ridgewayrents.co.uk* Photographing all properties and landscapes for the website and annual brochure* Managing all social media outlets including blogs* Liaising with Marketing to create the annual brochure including proof reading through to completion* Liaising with our Marketing Department to ensure advertising and marketing material is correct* Meeting potential new owners and taking on new properties

My main responsibilities and duties whilst working for NFDC were:* Managing and maintaining one of three centres as well as assisting with the other two – ensuring the centres ran smoothly and efficiently* Managing monthly accounts – ensuring accurate reconciliation of banking* Supervising casual staff – providing adequate support and training to provide a better service* Assisting customers with various enquiries in person, over the telephone and by email* Using Microsoft Office for all administrative duties
