1.Responsible for assisting the program director in organizing and overseeing the community living program.2.Program Coordinators are responsible for keeping the program director informed of their schedule and location. Informs the Director of any changes to weekly schedule. 3.If not working direct care, program coordinators should be at the administrative office during regular work hours to complete their forty hours per week. Program Coordinators should work with director to ensure that their overtime is very minimal. 4.In the absence of the director will complete administrative paperwork, including budgets and attendance sheets. 5.Attend Individual Plan, Team and House meetings. 6.Responsible to code time sheets for all program staff in your homes and turn completed time sheets into payroll by 5:00 pm on Monday of payroll week. 7.Keep Director informed of staff call-ins.8.Assist CLD in monitoring transportation and HTS units and requesting units from DHS Case Manager when circumstances justify request.Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned by the community living director, human resource director or executive director
