I have a strong value base and am committed to working with people who use health care to find out their views on the care and services they have recieved; looking at what worked well for them and what could have been done differently to better meet their needs. I am equally committed to working with health care providers across all sectors to support them to reshape their services so that they can genuinely deliver high quality and individualised mental health care.I am an experienced manager with a sound knowledge of health and social care, key legislation, quality assurance and risk management processes. Quick thinking, strategic, and creative, with a proven track record of management and regulatory achievement that has created effective staff teams leading to improvements in many care services.
