The programs focus on improving health outcomes for pediatric patients in the pediatric intensive care unit, hematology-oncology units and children with end-stage renal disease. We have upwards of 100 hospitals participating across all three program areas.

I was a founding member of NICHQ, as part of a national leadership group. I oversaw the design and implementation of over 10 national quality improvement projects, led the Curriculum and Tools for Improvement unit, and directed NICHQ's National Project Director Training Program

Unc Children'S Primary Care Research Group

I held various titles while at the Center for Primary Care Research Group, ranging from Director of Research Development, Research Associate and Project Director. While there, I designed, implemented and evaluated research projects focused on improving care for children and adults in outpatient clinical settings.
