Manage and develop luxury bespoke product worldwide for discerning clientele seeking more than a package holiday, with personalised service and special touches to make every holiday individual and unforgettable.

Full product management principally for Indian Ocean, Middle East and North Africa across Western & Oriental and Rainbow Travel brands, including development, competitor analysis, joint marketing, brochure production, web content, contracting and exclusive offers, sales support and training.

Created and launched the first dedicated long-haul luxury programme with 56 page brochure for Thailand, Mauritius, Maldives, Sri Lanka, UAE, Oman and Jordan to complement Cadogan Holidays' portfolio of luxury tailor-made holidays.

I started work in a small two-man tour operating team in a retail shop and helped the company grow to a medium sized tour operator, working closely with the MD. My role evolved from Sales, Operations and Customer Service, supervising the small team and brochure production. As the company grew in size I took over the Product Management role, but still helped with Sales for VIP clients and special bookings. Produced up to four brochures per year for the main programme, a budget Mauritius Made Simple, Gold and specialist edition in conjunction with a key supplier. My product area increased from Mauritius and Seychelles initially to include key luxury properties in the Far East, Caribbean, Mexico including touring, French Polynesia, Fiji, New Zealand, Southern Africa and some USA. With further growth I specialised in Indian Ocean, Middle East, Africa and South Pacific but worked closely with the other PMs for Caribbean/USA and Far East. With the introduction of a new in-house costing/booking system I worked alongside the data loading team to supervise contract input.
