I would describe myself as confident, competitive and ambitious and can demonstrate this with my appointment as Managing Director and the creator of the 'Department Store of Dining' concept in the City of London. I was also a member of the executive leadership team, at Mitchells & Butlers , profit accountable for over 115 pubs and prior to this I developed and led the Miller & Carter premium steakhouse brand which is MAB's most successful food concept. My experience in start-ups, HR,brand development, operations, portfolio, change management, enabling technology and marketing enables me to have a much broader perspective on critical issues and the challenges' and hurdles businesses face to achieve success. Key expertise is in operational excellence, strategic leadership, change management and helping large multi-site operator’s and entrepreneurs’ set-up new brand propositions, organisational design, build strong teams, deliver sales and profit targets and exceed personal goals.Growing up in an entrepreneurial family equipped me from an early age with great values of positivity, creativity, and believing that nothing is impossible.
