Contracting position for the Group Corporate Services Business Transition Team. Involved the technology build of two Greenfield Activity Based Working sites (the first within CBA), creating the flexibility for users to work both wired and wirelessly using technology new to the Business. Included managing the end to end transition of approximately 7000 users from different Business Units (Admin and Contact Centre (including CommSec, Wealth Management with IVRs)) into these sites, each requiring individual detailed Business analysis in order to ensure the needs of the Business could be fully understood and replicated with the new technology in the new sites. Day to day responsibilities include:• Ensure technology designs (HLID, DLD) go through appropriate QA and that the build of these technologies are implemented under correct change control and with sufficient testing and sign off;• Manage internal work streams and process: Change Management, Communications Management, Facilities Management, Technology Services, Operations;• Manage external vendors: Telstra, HP, Ricoh, Fuji Xerox, Allied Pickfords;• Facilitate meetings with Senior and Mid Management, along with other key stakeholders;• Facilitate internal and external transition meetings;• Undertake detailed analysis with stakeholders to determine Business requirements and its technological needs;• Manage the delivery of agreed project outcomes, through successful communications, process and risk management• Manage logistics and organise resource requirements to successfully meet project deliverables• Reporting to Management and Sponsors

Contracting position for the Enhanced Telecommunications Programme (ETP) which to date is the largest Telco Transition Upgrade ever performed in Australia in one go. CBA became supported by the biggest most capable Telco provider in the region (Telstra) providing a new state of the art network and services across all Bank and Technology areas. Specialising in the Admin Rollout Stream involved the transformation of all CBA Admin sites nationally for both voice and data. Involved working with Telstra to ensure accuracy of Designs based on the uniqueness of each building and business unit; the engagement and management of other vendors to provide one overall solution and transformation process; communications with the business to promote transparency and understanding of the end goal as well as a seamless approach providing no impact to the end user; attention to detail in handing over to Operations.

Key Projects include (note, CV will show further details):Project Manager on the Nova / Our Move Program, which incorporates deploying Voice (VoIP) and Data services to Greenfield sites (Sydney Olympic Park Sites 6 & 7, Darling Park 1 and 101 George Street Parramatta) as well as the relocation of over 6000+ CBA staff into these buildings; other Sydney CBD relocations and site decommissions. • Lead Project Manager – CBA. Sydney Olympic Park Sites 6 & 7 Core Build Project:Core Build infrastructure deployment into two new CBA buildings at Sydney Olympic Park (Sites 6 & 7). Including Cisco Data Infrastructure, Cisco VoIP, Nortel VoIP, Nortel Contact Centre Symposium/CC6, Call Recording, QMC, Server, VMware and Storage Solutions.• Lead Project Manager – CBA. Sydney Olympic Park Sites 6 & 7 Transition Project:Relocation of Multiple Admin and Contact Centre Business Units into Sydney Olympic Park Sites 6 & 7. Total 3000+ users. • Project Manager – CBA. Darling Park 1, 101 George St, CBD Relocations and Decommissions:CBA consolidation of teams and lease expiries required the relocation of a number of business units in and out of multiple sites, along with ensuring the new location had adequate data and voice functionality. If floors / buildings were being vacated, it also entailed decommissioning the sites by removing services, data and voice infrastructure as well as updating billing records.• Project Manager – CBA. MAN / WAN relocation to Norwest Data Centre:As part of the Liverpool and Castlereagh Streets (L&C) Data Centre decommission, a new Data Centre was commissioned at Norwest Business Park. The scope of works included setting up a new MAN / WAN to go through Norwest so that services could be transitioned from L&C to Norwest. Once Norwest was established, works also included decommissioning L&C Data Centre by terminating remaining data and voice services.
