Angels to Zombies originally began as a face painting business providing high quality face and body art for corporate clients as well as for private events. The business developed over the years and we began selling high quality gifts and clothing through our website, we were very fortunate that in July 2010 an opportunity presented itself to open up a shop within a local soft play. In this role I worked for PruTech; the technical division of Prudential Plc. My role involved 1st/2nd and some 3rd-line technical support for a user base of around 250 people, including VIPs. Configuring and installing PC’s and laptops, supporting remote users, and using the Remedy call logging system to track problems to resolution. Software supported was Lotus Notes 5 and NT 4 plus Microsoft office products and other vendor applications, including Reuters. Within this role I was also running application testing and user acceptance testing for the rollout of the in house operating system.
