About Jayne Jaquiss

Peeps HR was established to fulfil Jayne’s desire to use the knowledge and skills she attained while working commercially and then professionally in larger organisations, to help the smaller business prosper and grow painlessly. "We turn ‘compliance’, which can often been seen as a necessary evil, into ‘quality’ and then we turn ‘quality’ into ‘capability’ with our value-added HR products, projects and programmes."Jayne acquired a breadth of commercial experience in insurance, manufacturing and construction before choosing a career in HR in 2001. Positions held since range from HR Officer of a small business with 75 employees to HR Manager of a corporate site with over 500 employees.In 2012 Jayne was asked to provide HR support as an independent consultant and this unveiled her true passion - enabling smaller growing companies to achieve their business goals through building compliance, quality and capability.In 2014 Jayne created Peeps HR: Helping you attract and retain talented people who mix up the status quo and equip them to enable your organisation to achieve its full potential.
