These initiatives include HR digital transformation through Workday, service delivery, change management and analytics. Presently my focus is in leading change for the remaining countries on-boarding Workday as well as establishing strategies through data and change initiatives to drive better adoption and benefit realization. In 2017, led the implementation of Workday to close to 3000 employees in Singapore and Australia as part of a global roll-out over a 11 month implementation period. Earlier in my time in DAN, I've implemented of SAP Successfactors Performance and Goals for 13 countries in APAC for over 10000 employees. Show less
