About Jayne Persch
With over 13 years of experience as a Faculty/Choreographer at Colorado Ballet and 11 years as an Artistic Director at BRIAH Danse, I am a passionate and versatile professional in the field of dance and movement. I have a Master of Arts in Dance/Dance-in-Education from California State University-Long Beach, and I am certified in the ABT National Training Curriculum, Vaganova, RAD, Horton Technique, Gyrotonics and Pilates. I am a licensed therapist with more than 35 years in practice and education and certifications in Craniosacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Medicine +My mission is to inspire, educate, and empower movers of all levels and backgrounds, as well as to promote wellness and healing through somatic practices based in my training in dance and therapeutics. I specialize in working with dancers in classical and contemporary ballet, modern and contemporary dance, injury prevention, anatomy for dancers, and pedagogy. I have created and performed multiple original choreographies, and I have taught and coached students and professionals across the US and abroad.I continue to maintain my therapeutics licenses in NH, CA, CO and internationally.
