I have a Bachelor of Applied Science specializing in Food Science and Nutrition from Western University, and I am certified in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) by North Carolina State University. I have over two years of experience in the wine industry, working as a Quality Control Technician, Laboratory Technician and HACCP Coordinator at Arterra Wines Canada. I have developed and implemented quality control procedures, conducted microbiological and chemical tests, monitored and verified critical control points, and maintained accurate and compliant records. I have also participated in audits, inspections, and training sessions. I am passionate about food safety and quality control, and I strive to uphold the highest standards of excellence and integrity in my work. I have a keen interest in the science and technology of wine production, and I enjoy learning new skills and techniques.
