My project management service draws on my entire skill set from strategy through to implementation. I employ the application of processes, knowledge and experience to achieve project objectives. I am conscious of budgetary and time constraints and I am always totally frank in my approach. I also work with Venture Capitalists as a Board Observer. I help to build profitable and defensible business models that offer a great return on investment. I have been instrumental on company Boards that have received second stage financing with a view to preparing for acquisition or being taken public in a stock. I can also assist at Board level for those looking to raise investment.

I have also spoken at events including The World Aesthetic Congress, The British Dental Association, Aesthetic Dentistry Show and the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. I am Deputy Chair of the membership committee of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and founder of the Jersey branch of Dental Therapists and Hygienists Association.I have an instinct for sales and marketing and believe that tactical use underpins successful businesses. I am currently studying for the CIM Diploma in Digital Marketing. I'm also lobbying for change in Jersey law with regards to the new Health & Social Care Act as well as the re-opening of the Dental Act.
