I also support the commercial sales process for all projects that involve a requirement to deliver training, coaching and go-live support to system users.We work with senior management and front line operational staff of global corporations to help improve safety and efficiency by implementing innovative operational systems. Our success is based on the combination of very skilled software designers teamed up with industry people (HSE manager, Operations manager, installation manager). Our software applications help to realize greater organizational efficiency and effectiveness yielding improvement in both safety and cost reduction.

As the deputy manager of a large, international team of globally deployed Training and On-Site Support Consultants, I work closely with the Training and Services Manager on a daily basis to ensure that team resources are managed and scheduled in accordance with client requirement to ensure the successful execution of international training and on-site support implementations as well as other Control of Work consultancy projects. I support the commercial sales process for all projects that involve a requirement to deliver training and coaching support to system end users as well as other subject matter expertise, such as gap analysis studies, to clients.I liaise directly with many of our customers from across our large client base to discuss their training and consultancy requirements.
