- Re-engineered and streamlined transaction management processes for over 10 wealth products in a global bank, across geographical regions and customer segments, and came up with a Target Operating Model. This involved mapping of current state, identifying pain points, working with regional business stakeholders on the requirements and understanding target state system’s capabilities and constraints, to provide valuable inputs on the potential gaps and how optimization can be achieved.

- Managed new digital initiatives from conceptualization to market rollout - Identified business opportunities to digitize wealth products / services and build core capabilities for wealth products via online and mobile channels to increase user base for digital wealth and grow adoption of usage by customers- Prepared business proposals for management approval and worked closely with multiple stakeholders such as product owners, IT, regulatory/legal unit and customer experience team - Evaluated and analyzed solutions proposed by IT / vendors and make business decisions- Mapped customer journey, drew wireframes / mockups for customer lab testing, worked with UX/UI vendor, defined business requirement, review vendor’s functional specifications, managed user acceptance test, ensured smooth rollout of projects, manage pre and post-implementation activities- Digital wealth initiatives include:> Building a holistic online goal-based advisory platform from understanding the shortfall to portfolio recommendation to execution > Expanding product shelf of wealth products available online> Enabling foreign exchange capabilities online

- Co-led a team of eight staff managing end-to-end operational needs of Unit Trust and Equity Product- Possesses strong product knowledge of Unit Trust and Equity- Close collaboration with internal value chain partners such as product owners; IT and external business partners such as fund houses; system vendors in various initiatives and resolving issues and crisis- Planned the operational development of new equity product ‘Blue Chip Investment Product’ Initiate and lead the implementation of small and big scale process improvements to streamline processes and reduce processing time.
