During more than 20 years of firm leadership at Kramer Levin, I have participated as a member of senior management in setting policies and standards for the Firm’s practice and have been responsible for the oversight and operation of the Real Estate Department, a key practice group that includes more than 30 lawyers.I have also built, maintained and serviced a diverse and sophisticated client base, advising the C-Suite, government leaders and high profile funds and entrepreneurs. I often provide external consigliere services to high net worth families and individuals. I have played an integral role in advancing state and local legislative and policy changes on behalf of clients, including representing the owner of multiple large residential complexes and the owner and developer of major sports entertainment venues. I have also had significant involvement in the adoption of federal and state legislation, including the adoption of amended Section 365(h) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, and the limitations enacted in 2016 regarding the Interstate Land Full Disclosure Act and other property-specific legislation.Attorney advertising.
