About Jayne Watt

Having worked within education in the UK and Australia for over 25 years I am an advocate for a customer centric approach to student management to maximise development, retention and achievement. While student/customer service functionality differs from one student to another, from one institution to another, certain expectations and responsibilities do not. I offer a proven track record of commended performance, developing procedures and practices across a wide range of programs and curriculums and seek to further develop and hone my skills. I am passionately committed to building, developing and maintaining effective customer relationships throughout the student life cycle in order to maximise student engagement and retention. With a demonstrated ability to develop collaborative and client-focused teams and with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation I have a proven ability to exercise judgement, influence others, be flexible and adaptive to environmental changes and priorities, and gain support for new plans, programs, practices, and initiatives. My exceptional analytical and conceptual skills adapt well to new situations and enable the development of innovative solutions to complex strategic and operational problems.
