Guided by the Direction of the Physician, to Oversee front office operations of the Coumadin Clinic. This position performs a variety of duties , Patient Care Representative, Enroll New Patients, Obtain Insurance Information, Verify Insurance Eligibility & Benefits. Performs general office duties and assist the Staff. Ability to correspond to incoming fax, internet, email, written log books, computer, and manage eFax document management, answer telephones, prioritize calls, schedule patient appointments using a two Provider EMR Scheduler, to include diagnostic appointments, Collect payments on Account Balances and Co Insurance, compile data to complete registration and billing process, enter billing charges, schedule ancillary testing, assemble patient charts, complete patient charting, other responsibilities include ability to operate standard office equipment, order office supplies and medical supplies.
