Current* Support installation and provide problem-solving solutions for multiple business applications on i.e. laptops, desktop computers, monitors, printers, cabling, projectors, portable devices issues via on-site, off-site, on call and remote console, to more than 100 staff & trainers, and 1,200-ish students.* Manage Microsoft 365 system included Azure Active Directory (Syncing to on-premise AD), Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Power Automate* Utilize Ms-365 Forms, Power Automate, SharePoint to create useful forms and reports for campus as below: - Enquiry / Feedback / Complaint: https://forms.office.com/r/35bt27kL6P - Leave request form, which adding an item to a SharePoint list will send a request to managers for approval and upon the request getting approved staff will receive an email. The SharePoint list should be set up with fields for leave requests.* Liaise with internet providers (TPG, Telstra) to set up and configure LAN/WAN* Implement and monitor Firewall Palo Alto to secure on-premis servers such as AD Windows Server, SQL server, DNS, DHCP, VPN, DFS, Print server, ESXi VMware, Online Learning management system (Moodle) from online intruders. Monitoring and protectings staff & student online activities to avoid accessing vulnerable applications, black website, trojans, viruses, vulnerable software* Provide cost-effective solution to the company by implementing Debian including Nginx, PHP, mySQL for running company's website: https://leadcollege.edu.au, https://lms.leadcollege.edu.au* Schedule back up the system daily and weekly to NAS & Cloud* Configure & manage various type of devices at all campuses i.e. Draytek routers, 4G & 5G devices, Cisco switching, UniFi & Aruba switching and wifi systems, Yealink voice, Video conference.* Implement, manage, train staff and create user guides of Moodle (https://lms.leadcollege.edu.au) & Axcelerate (https://www.axcelerate.com.au) applications.
