In the Young Adult Division (YAD), I strive to provide outreach & engagement and philanthropic & leadership development opportunities for young adults in the Cincinnati area. YAD is committed to meeting people where they are and to responding to generational and philanthropic trends and interests. The division is divided into two areas: As the Development Officer I am responsible for oversight, strategy, leadership development and the annual campaign fundraising. The goal is to serve as a pipeline for this organization by recruiting and inspiring involvement in our Jewish community at all levels.

Lead the CU Boulder admissions office in initiatives to recruit students from pacific northwest states. Use data to enhance efforts each year and seek to inspire peers and campus partners towards a shared vision. Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders. Provide excellent service to prospective students and families. Partner with staff and faculty in various campus offices to achieve student recruitment goals. Sustain relations with high school counselors and community-based organizations to foster higher levels of student success Recruit prospective students and families through engaging presentations, thoughtful written communication and personal conversations. MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS+ Increased applications from students of color by 66% since 2013 + Evaluate over 1,500 freshman and transfer applications per year + Responsible for hiring, training and supervising up to three part-time admissions specialists + Analyze data on prospective, admitted and confirmed students to determine gaps in recruitment strategies+ Manage relationships with various offices on campus + Develop, execute and evaluate student recruitment strategies for in-state and out-of-state markets, which have included Washington, Oregon, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia and the Western Slope of Colorado; analyze data to inform these strategies

Traveling Consultant for the West Coast District of Sigma Kappa Sorority. One of the many roles I have is being the liaison between the national organization and the colligate chapters, while representing nearly 150,000 Sigma Kappa women across the country. I manly focus on membership retention, individual and chapter leadership development, recruitment, and risk management.Key Objective-Provided leadership development and educational programming in the areas of event management, recruitment, public relations, service projects, annual reporting, budgeting and revenue management, community development, and membership retention solutions to 17 different Colleges and Universities

Athens, Ohio

Planned an executed sorority formal recruitment, with the largest number of potential new members going through formal recruitment since 2004. -As a result there was an overall increase of bid acceptance from 60% in 2011 to 67% in 2012.-All 9 Panhellenic chapters reached quota for the first time since 2007.Key Objective:Implemented a Value Based Recruiting Program while educating and advising over 500 potential new members and over 900 initiated members on the new recruitment action plan.

Greater Pittsburgh Area

Supervised 25 staff members, planned and executed daily programming and activity scheduling for campers and staff. Lead weekly staff meetings that served to keep staff members engaged, motivated and always learning throughout their summer job experience.Key Objective: Influenced staff through team building and leadership training to be positive leaders to children of all ages. Prepared the incoming staff members on the procedures and policies of the camp organization.
