Ensure on time completion within the timeline given and arranging delivery accordingly. - Price negotiation with Suppliers to achieve in minimize Company costs with maximize profit accordingly.- Issuance of Billing docs by access Sage UBS Accounting System, such as: Tax Invoice, Delivery Order, Debtor Statement... etc- Conduct meeting regularly to identify market trend and implement needed marketing strategies with sales team and in-house designer in order to bringing creative idea to Clients in assists meeting their market objective goals. - Update and tracking daily in Company Cash-flow Movement to ensure every transaction or financial flowing in company to tally with account and identify any suspected expenses or loss.- Travel arrangements (flights, accommodation or any necessary) for Director and Manager whichever is needed.- Be aware of Company monthly utilities charges (Telephone, Electric, Water), replenish of office stationery and order any production tools support.
