I have a passion for food service and analytical skills, and I enjoy applying my problem solving abilities to both domains.At Lola Latin Bistro, I have been responsible for analyzing sales data and customer spending patterns, coordinating recruitment, training, and scheduling for a staff of over 20 employees, and reconciling inventory data and managing stock. I have also contributed to increasing profit margins by 5% and reducing operational processing time by 15%. As a management intern at Food Stories and a marketing and business development intern at Hotel The Westend, I gained valuable experience in conducting market research, designing and executing marketing campaigns, and collecting and using consumer feedback.
