For 2 years my company, Set Show Sold Insurance, was working in a service provider capacity with Quility. This ultimately lead to Quility's acquisition of the rights to Set Show Sold in the insurance industry. Set Show Sold Insurance turned into Quility Switchboard.While working with Quility, I was Senior Director of Product Management and Engagement, the Product Owner of Switchboard, and sole developer on Switchboard Version 2 (relying on a PERN stack to do so). My job was to integrate what I'd built under Set Show Sold Insurance into Quility to facilitate product development to enable more production - including my team of 12 employees and tech stack.After 18 months of employment with Quility and accomplishing more than can be outlined below I am excited to be an entrepreneur.Engagement- We surpassed 10,000 independent insurance agents on platform and a monthly active user count of over 8,000 with 500 active users at any given moment during business hours.- Developed applications to streamline unique opportunities adjacent to Switchboard's core functionality - ie. adapted Switchboard for use in insurance policy conservation, business to business sales, lead generation, new agent recruiting, and captive agent sales enablement.- Facilitated an average of 1,000,000+ conversations per month between insurance agents and consumers on platform.- Integrated existing tech systems to transfer data and fulfill over 3,000,000 leads to agents.Support - Our team handled an average of over 4,000 tickets per month with 96% customer satisfaction- Our support library with hundreds of documented processes helped over 20,000 people find the information they needed (averaging 8,000 article views per month).Onboarding- Fully automated Switchboard onboarding process, scaling to ~750 new clients per month, or 35 new agents per business day.Development- Sole developer on Switchboard Version 2 (front-end and back-end w/ a PERN stack)- iOS + Android mobile applications.
