Strategic Legal Review Program - Suncorp’s Legal Operations are complex, difficult to measure and manage and offer significant simplification and cost reduction opportunities. The aim of the Strategic Legal Review Program is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of legal services Group wide; including services provided by external firms. I led and managed the delivery phase of the Program including Group-wide Legal Operations Management System delivered in incremental releases through 2013 using Suncorp's Agile methodology.
