We have founded, grown and sold our own CRE investment firms and in the process graduated our investor base from friends and family, to syndications, to attracting institutional capital, including insurance companies, pension plans and endowments. Canopy was created to partner with younger/emerging sponsors who are seeking to grow their franchises by attracting institutional capital and developing their platform to position themselves for this sort of growth. Canopy provides these partners with capital in variety of ways including: GP capital, JV co-investment capital, and capital to monetize legacy promotes.
