After a successful 10 year career in the Royal Air Force as a Communications Engineer, I transitioned into Project Management within the IT and Telephony sector. Over the past 9 years, I have continued to hold myself to the high standards impressed upon me in the Military and worked my way up to Senior Project Manager and now Project Management Team Lead.I am highly motivated and experienced with an extensive background in both secure and satellite communications, Information Management as well as in depth knowledge of the workings of CCTV and Covert CCTV systems.I am results and customer focused, with a solid understanding of change management, business continuity, disaster recovery and service delivery using ITIL v3 principles and frameworks. Prince 2 Practitioner and ITIL Foundation qualified. Experienced in projects of varying size, including budgets in excess of £20m, purchasing and financial management. I have worked as part of both small and large teams, but with enough skills to work independently. I can communicate effectively at all levels. I have a willingness to develop myself and learn new skills.
