As Staff Product Designer at RBC, I work with Product teams and partners to scale and manage our design system - RIG. Powering unifed experiences across multiple touchpoints from internal employee tools to secure banking experiences for 18 million canadian clients. My responsibilities include: building, documenting and scaling our design system in Figma, Angular, React, Jetpack and Swift Ui, coaching designers and developers on building components and standards, consulting with teams to manage and govern local systems, crafting and governing RBC's digital brand standards, and aligning teams around a unified digital visual language.

My role provides guidance and support of the Personal & Commercial Banking Digital Design visual practice. As a member of our Design Platform team, our team manages the digital design system called RIG (RBC Interface Guidelines) across our digital secure product experience. Also, as our Visual Design Chapter Coordinator, I help align, organize and enable our Visual Design Chapter and Visual Design Leadership team across digital design.

As an Associate Creative Director, I was co-creative lead of the Jeep USA digital team. Working closely with my colleagues, we led the digital research, strategy, ideation and production of integrated campaigns, video content, and FCA digital properties including Jeep.comResponsibilities included;- Management of creative team, recruiting, hiring, resource planning, scheduling- Digital strategy - Project estimates and yearly budget planning- Creative approvals- Asset management and approvals- Working closely with crossbrand team to help build and scale FCA's global design system

At Critical Mass, I managed a team of designers responsible for global digital strategy and design for Infiniti Global.In this role I led teams of ux/ui, content and motion designers craft global campaigns and assets for new vehicle releases, brand campaigns, content, editorial releases and partnerships.
