Responsible for the Medline Sterile Procedure Tray, Complete Delivery System, Proxima and Dynacor Divisions for Australia and New Zealand. This includes P&L Management, Strategic Planning and functional responsibility for the Marketing, Clinical Education, Business Development, Tenders & Contracts, Demand Planning and Sales Operations teams. Member of the Medline ANZ Executive Leadership Team.

I was responsible for the Australia & New Zealand Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) business. Guiding the business back to growth through the first half of 2017.

Expanded responsibilities to manage both the Marketing & Surgical Solutions Teams for the DePuy Synthes Spine business in Australia.

Created and managed a new team focused on maximizing the value the DePuy Synthes Spine Team in Australia provides to our Customers.Relocated to Sydney, Australia in July 2013.

Served as the Interim Group Marketing Manager for DePuy Synthes Spine business in Australia.

Managed activities and communication between DePuy Synthes Spine's Corporate Headquarters in the United States and the Company's Asia Pacific Regional Teams. Developed and implemented strategies and programs to achieve the sales growth and organizational goals of the Asia Pacific Region business. Spent four months on secondment in Melbourne, Australia, leading the local DePuy Synthes Spine Integration Training Program and assisting the Marketing and Sales Team through Integration planning.

Managed the Degenerative Minimally Invasive Surgery Group and Portfolio of Products – DePuy Spine’s fastest growing portfolio. Served as the MIS Team's liaison for the Europe, Middle East & African markets.

Managed DePuy Spine’s Posterior Cervical and External Bracing Team and Product Portfolio. Total Posterior Cervical sales more than doubled from 2004 to 2008. Selected as the 2006 DePuy Spine Marketer of the Year by Marketing and Sales Management. Managed global product recall.

Managed DePuy Spine’s Posterior Cervical Portfolio of products, six systems totaling $60+ million in sales with nearly 20% growth of posterior cervical sales year over year.

Corporate Technology Communications was purchased by Ketchum in 2001.
