Handling Various Foreign Exchange Trading Applications.My application is Rates & Credit. Giving Production Support to the E-Trading Market for Europe, APAC and NY. Monitoring the Support Mailbox.Production Support and Coordination with Development Team, Product Team, Infra Team and Database Team.Working with the MQ middleware team, if any message gets stuck in the queue, we raise an issue and push the stuck message using the AppWatch tool.Proactively monitoring services and batches using the SAMGUI tool.Monitoring infrastructure, databases, system, and application-related logs using Geneos. Analyze application Logs to identify and fix issues. Scheduling Jobs through Bladelogic and Autosys. Responsible for non-production (Non-PROD) and production (PROD) deployment and validation.Job scheduling and process automation using SAMGUI & CRON.Troubleshooting any application-related issues that arise. To add a new line in an existing file using the VI editor. Applying patches using Linux scripts and packages. We deploy release packages on weekends and handle BAU tasks on weekdays. If any backed-up data fails in production, we re-push the data using a shell script. If any resources are required, we raise the request with the respective team (RAM, CPU, etc). Installing servers and setting up the required software on them. I am responsible for Incident management, Change Management, Problem Management and RITM. I am responsible for daily monitoring of jobs & solving issues related to that job.Monitoring of jobs on Airflow, DALM, ,DALM neo, UC4, Datadog dashboard given by company and updating status. Check Data arrival on time and QC files. Data check on Server using AWS S3 commands. Run the Script on Server.Check logs & Services in case of failure of applications & escalate it further to respectiveteams. Run and Re-run the Jobs on DALM, DALM neo. Creating a ServiceNow ticket for raising issues.We share daily status reports to higher management.We have daily meetings with our team members to manage & resolve issues.
