I am a lawyer and work principally with two types of companies: Early stage startups, where I help the founders to create new businesses, allocate equity among founders and document fundraising transactions from the angel and VC communities; andGrowth-stage and mature companies, where I work with busy legal departments on licensing, sales, development, marketing and other revenue-driving transactions. My clients run the gamut from IT and web fields to restaurants, consumer products, service industries and many other types of companies.
