From the initial customer call to shipping the order, I am involved in every aspect of the operations at Spring-Roll. Running a small business in todays economic climate requires a diverse skill set. Developing and maintaining customer and vendor relationships, material aquisition, project management and day to day financial transactions are just some of the tasks I have had to take on during trying times.

Built and maintaining a customer base of $4 to $5 million dollars. Develop marketing strategies including trade publications, industry trade shows, website development and promotional literature.Forecast annual sales by preparing an annual sales forecast to include detailed sales projection on a monthly basis for targeted customers. Extensive travel maintaining long standing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities

Responsible for maintaining a customer base of over $25 million in annual sales for one of the world’s largest manufacturers and suppliers of high frequency welded thin wall radiator tubing. Extensive travel, managing domestic and international customer base. Work directly corporate and upper management in establishing future year(s) budgets. Business plans, and sales forecast. Develop sales strategies and marketing plans for overall customer base of $65 million in annual sales. Involved in forecasting raw material as a “tier 2 supplier” to the Big 3 (Chrysler, Ford, and General Motors).
