During my career I have done Consultative Selling in multiple cities of Gujarat, provided dynamic sales training to 500+ BDAs ensuring their monthly revenue target. Have been managing entire performance vertical in Gujarat single-handedly. I strongly focused on being people's manager, understanding their area of improvement, motivating, and facilitating employee retention through logic driven approach.Planning to pursue my passion for tech, I joined Clientjoy as VP of Sales.
