Jay is a senior partner at Van Ness Feldman, LLP and has been involved in major development project acquisition and permitting throughout the state and the country. He also serves or has served as land use counsel for several Washington cities, counties and public port authorities across the State of Washington. Jay advises clients on permitting and environmental review for large, controversial development projects.
